Our Story

New Chapter was formed in 2018 by two young individuals who envisioned redefining support delivery by challenging former ways of doing things and championing new ideas.

The organisations values run strong and is underpinned by their passion for the sector; with an emphasis on promoting positive change and interpersonal growth among their dynamic and inclusive workplace.

Our professional staff are qualified, motivated and together we strive to give a professional and efficient response that takes the unique needs of the participant into consideration. We assess each person’s suitability for this type of work through our rigorous recruitment and induction process which includes screening; verification of experience; and a detailed orientation program.

Staff are required to undergo a stringent screening process including National police checks / criminal record checks and when necessary, Working with Vulnerable People Checks. Staff are required to comply with State and National legislative requirements, company policy and procedures including working to child safety standards, company and NDIS code of conduct requirements.
